![]() Back on Feb 2nd I decided to take measurements of my neck, bicep, forearm, chest, waist, and thigh and calf. I know I am rambling here and that probably has to do with the fact I just finished Kenpo X and I’m totally exhausted but one more thing I wanted to share. I like it when I loose a pound every day or every other day but the reality is that isn’t always possible. The great thing is I am taking serious strides to improve my lung capacity.Īs far as weight goes I’m down to 319 but have “stalled” for the last three days (I hate to use the word stall but that best describes it). ![]() ![]() I quit smoking about three months ago and my lugs are still pretty damaged and doing Kenpo X only proved that point. ![]() Today I just completed my first round of Kenpo X and I can tell you it kicked my ass. So I’ve been slacking on my cardio days and decided to use the P90X cardio routines on my days off of weight lifting. ![]()
